ob Purpose : The position will provide operational support in the function under HRSS for the staffing related transnational support. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR all functions to drive execution and provide a 3BW HR experience. This role will also assist in the daily management and distribution of work arrangement to maximize operational efficiency. Job Duties & responsibilities : 1.Build/manage day-to-day HR operations/ transnational services and ensure the service is delivered with high quality and efficiency, including various staffing activities such as new hire induction, probation, transfer, exit, termination, etc. 2.Provide support to maintain HR policy, procedures, analytics, and programs. 3.Develop and maintain oversight procedures to monitor transnational activity, optimize services, manage costs and performance, drive continuous improvement and innovation, and improve efficiency and quality of services. 4.Ensure compliance with internal control standards and implement procedures to ensure efficiency, data integrity and integration of various HR systems. 5.Partner with HR management to align appropriate resourcing. 6.Collaborate effectively with other HR functions in order to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables of HRSS Department. 7.Continually assess existing processes and programs. Develop new initiatives to increase efficiency and manage cost. 8.Support and process work and project assignments. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support initiatives which align with scorecard. 9.Continuously drive improvements in process improvement and make sure high standard of data accuracy and compliance can be achieved.

Job Description: This Employee Relations role is responsible for a range of employee relations activities and the provision of professional advice to ensure healthy employee relations and compliance with labor regulations and DBS’ employment relationship policy and standards. Job content: - •Develop healthy relationships with internal employee groups and external labour authorities. •Implement DBS’ employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of employee grievances or collective labor disputes, and maintain a productive and harmonious workplace. •Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement employee relations initiatives to ensure compliance with policies and practices. •Liaise with related parties to investigate and resolve grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence. Provide advice and guidance on disciplinary, grievance and general employee complaints, as well as coach managers where appropriate. •Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization’s interests. •Ensure all employer-employee relationships in the organization comply with laws, regulations, employment policy and standards, employment contracts and collective agreements. •Analyze and interpret collective bargaining trends, labor issues, market practices, regulations, and laws to understand their impact on the organization. Assist in instruction of the management staff in effective recruiting and interviewing techniques using methods such as verbal presentations and written directions to ensure the hiring and retention of qualified and efficient employees. 2. Assist and ensure that employees are developed and utilized to their maximum potential by controlling the implementation, administration, and monitoring of all training programs. Instruct training classes, analyze and review current and proposed methods, and consult with and offer recommendations to the management staff for improvement. 3. Assist with monitoring the employee performance appraisal programs to ensure reviews are timely. Read and analyze evaluations and goals to ensure appraisal comments are appropriate and goals are measurable and achievable. Direct and administer employee relations programs and activities such as employee recognition and service award ceremonies, social functions, and general hotel meetings to maintain a positive employee relations climate. 4. Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of policies and programs related to the management of all hotel personnel to ensure the maintenance of a positive and productive employment environment. 5. Monitor for fair and consistent application. 6. Ensure compliance with all State and Federal laws as well as regulations and court rulings that pertain to Human Resources by reviewing current management practices, implementing new procedures, and communicating verbally and in writing any new requirements. Assist with the Affirmative Action program. 7. Ensures the security and confidentiality of the HR Department is strictly adhered to.
