• Lead and design job architecture, grading systems, and salary structures. • Lead annual salary review governance including guidelines, modeling, and calibration. • Conduct compensation benchmarking studies (Mercer, WTW). • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders. • Support global payroll vendor governance. • Develop dashboards and reports (compa-ratio, range penetration, cost analysis).
• Design and refine Compal’s global mobility and international assignment policies, covering compensation, allowances, housing, schooling, taxation, and social security. • Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with cross-border tax, immigration, visa, and social security requirements. • Develop cost and financial models for expatriate assignments, balancing global competitiveness with financial sustainability. • Oversee vendor partnerships (e.g., relocation providers, tax advisors, immigration consultants) to deliver high-quality mobility services. • Provide strategic direction for relocation, resettlement, and cultural integration programs to enhance assignee and family experience. • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to support global expansion projects. • Integrate global mobility and assignment programs into Compal’s talent development and succession planning framework.

1.Payroll & Compliance Management ●Oversee payroll operations for overseas entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax and labor regulations. ●Monitor and interpret regulatory changes overseas markets, ensuring payroll policies remain compliant. 2.Vendor & EOR Management ●Manage relationships with external payroll providers and Employer of Record (EOR) partners, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence. ●Evaluate and optimize vendor performance, costs, and compliance risks. ●Lead vendor selection and contract renewal processes, aligning with HQ policies. 3.Compensation Analysis & Support ●Provide analysis on overseas pay structures, allowances, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. ●Support annual merit review and salary adjustment cycles by consolidating and validating payroll data from overseas sites. ●Advise HRBPs and local HR on compensation practices, tax impacts, and payroll-related inquiries. 4.Governance & Process Improvement ●Ensure adherence to corporate governance and audit requirements for payroll and compensation data. ●Develop standardized payroll reporting and dashboards for HQ management visibility. ●Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance payroll efficiency across geographies.
1.Define and implement ER policies and case management standards that ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with global labor regulations. 2.Partner with HRBPs and leaders to resolve ER cases effectively while fostering a culture of accountability and respect. 3.Design and manage global benefits programs including health, retirement, insurance, and well-being initiatives. 4.Establish governance frameworks to monitor utilization and employee satisfaction with benefit programs. 5.Explore flexible and localized benefits solutions to support diverse workforce needs. 6.Lead the development of rewards initiatives beyond compensation, including recognition frameworks and special incentive programs. 7.Ensure all ER, benefits, and rewards policies are consistent with Compal’s global strategy, while allowing for local adaptation. 8.Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to integrate ER, benefits, and rewards into the broader employee experience and culture transformation agenda.
1. Responsible for maintaining close and effective communication with customs authorities to resolve import/export issues and for maintaining relationships with relevant government departments. 2. Interpret national customs policies and regulations, establish processes and standards for the company’s import-related operations, and provide timely training to business personnel. 3. Review and audit overseas local customs operations, supervise customs brokerage business processes, propose improvement requirements, and monitor implementation progress. 4. Promote and enhance customs compliance awareness and operational discipline among customs staff in overseas subsidiaries, while providing timely guidance and feedback. 5. Organize and manage plans related to customs, trade, and taxation for the company’s products during import/export processes, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance.
