1.推動總公司焦點業務於門市落實執行 2.活動日支援門市販促活動、問題排除 3.促進門市活動推廣執行、推廣技能提升 4.重點節令協助門市商品上架及海報張貼 5.協助內部及廠商商品教育訓練 6.負責區域門市問題反饋、追蹤 7.個人成本控管 8.主管交辦事項

1.負責辦理招募流程，包括職缺發布、履歷篩選、面試安排與後續任用作業等 2.建置與維護人才庫，協助人員到職、離職、留停、更新基本資料與人事異動紀錄等 3.辦理勞健保等加退保手續，處理相關保險給付及續約事項 4.協助執行培訓需求調查與課程安排，推動員工訓練與發展計畫 5.協助執行薪資核算、薪資結構維護及相關稅務、所得申報作業 6.負責員工溝通與勞資關係維護，協助修訂工作規則及符合勞動法令 7.協助辦理績效考核制度之規劃與實施，包括面談、評估與指導追蹤 8.協助辦公環境與設備維護事宜，確保辦公空間整潔與功能完善 9.完成其他主管交辦事項 正確工作態度、工程相關能力培養 須細心.主動積極、抗壓性強-(具營造公司經驗者佳)

1.協助人才選訓育留及人資例行事務 2.協助館內教育訓練規劃、執行及成效追蹤 3.負責實習生開發及招募(需配合出差) 4.負責規劃及執行員工活動、員工關懷 5.具飯店相關工作經驗者佳 6.需了解勞動基準法及職業安全衛生相關法規
