Workday Implementation: Lead and support the configuration, testing, and deployment of the Workday HCM system, including core HR, benefits, payroll, time tracking, and talent management modules. 2. Proven experience (3+ years) working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms in an engineering or implementation role. a. Hands-on experience in the end-to-end implementation of Workday or other HCM systems. b. Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee data management. c. Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware). 2. Technical Skills: a. Proficiency in configuring and managing Workday modules (core HR, talent, payroll, etc.). b. Experience with data migration and system integrations. c.
