We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Canteen Services Specialist to oversee and optimize our food services, dormitory management, and transportation operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage vendor relationships, ensure safety and hygiene standards, and enhance overall service quality through continuous improvement. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee comprehensive canteen management, including vendor coordination and general affairs, to ensure efficient and high-quality food service operations. 2. Manage daily operations and maintenance of dormitory and transportation services, emphasizing environmental safety and hygiene. Develop and implement disaster prevention and emergency response protocols. 3. Ensure the optimal functioning of dormitory facilities and equipment through timely repairs and replacements, maintaining the integrity of all basic amenities. 4. Supervise and collaborate with outsourced vendors to deliver exceptional dormitory and transportation services. Address and resolve complaints, providing effective solutions while coordinating with relevant departments. 5. Communications Execution: Develop and execute high-quality, compelling, and consistent communications plans across various channels globally (email, intranet, presentations, videos, etc.) to inform and engage all relevant stakeholders (executives, managers, employees). 5. Resistance Management: Proactively identify potential resistance and concerns, develop and execute mitigation strategies, and facilitate project teams on their roles as change advocates. 6. Training and Enablement: Partner with Learning & Development teams to develop materials to ensure employees have the knowledge and ability to adopt the changes. 7.
