We are seeking a proactive HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Reward and Organization Effectiveness departments. This role will assist with various tasks including scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination of departmental initiatives. Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to Global Reward and Organization Effectiveness teams. 2. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events; liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution. 3. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, data collection, analysis, and communication materials. 4. Monitor department budgets and assist contract management as needed. 5. Assist with HR-related compliance tasks and ensure proper documentation is in place. 6. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the department‘s needs. Salary range: NT$33,400 above.
